ZERUST® ZerioGuard™ 12
ZERUST® ZerioGuard™ 12 is a high-performance corrosion-inhibiting formulation specifically designed for hydrostatic testing and
post- testing lay-up. This versatile solution is engineered to provide reliable, long-lasting protection for assets of various sizes and
geometries.
ZERUST® ZerioGuard™ 12 combines Soluble Corrosion Inhibitors (SCIs) and Vapor Corrosion Inhibitors (VCIs) to deliver
comprehensive corrosion protection. SCIs protect metal surfaces in direct contact with the solution, making them ideal for fully filled
assets during hydrostatic testing. VCIs, on the other hand, diffuse into airspaces within the asset, saturating these areas to safeguard
against corrosion that may not be in direct contact with the solution.
With its advanced formulation, ZERUST® ZerioGuard™ 12 simplifies application while delivering exceptional corrosion resistance and
durability, effectively mitigating corrosion risks during hydrostatic testing and subsequent storage.

Operating Summary
- Mix ZERUST® ZerioGuard™ 12 thoroughly into water until fully dissolved. Concentration depends on length of time the asset will be
- in contact with the solution, condition of the asset, and quality of the water.*
- Apply solution to asset as specified in the Scope of Work. A ZERUST® Field Engineer can be assigned to oversee the operation.
- Dispose of the solution in accordance with local, regional, national, and international regulations as applicable.
